Vermont State Police troopers finally caught up with The Flash star Ezra Miller.
Green Mountain State authorities charged the 29-year-old actor with felony burglary on Sunday, Aug. 7, following a three-month probe into a Stamford break-in by the Vermont State Police and the Bennington County State's Attorney's Office.
Investigators at the Shaftsbury Barracks said surveillance footage captured Miller entering the unoccupied home of neighbor Isaac Winokur to steal several bottles of booze. Shortly before midnight on Tuesday, Miller received a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court’s Bennington Criminal Division on Sept. 26 for arraignment.
Hawaii Police arrested and charged Ezra Miller for disorderly conduct and harassment on March 28, 2022 in Hilo, and booked him for assault on April 19, 2022, in Puna. Hawaii Police Department photos.
Neither Bennington County State Attorney Erica Marthage nor Vermont State Police spokespeople responded to Coffee or Die Magazine’s messages seeking comment.
Miller’s rep at Hollywood powerhouse Creative Artists Agency, Scott Metzger, also hasn’t responded to requests for comment. He’s in Paris, according to his CAA assistant.
It’s the latest legal woe for Miller, who was charged on April 19 with second-degree assault in Hawaii.
Police said Miller had cut a woman’s head by throwing a chair at her after being asked to leave a private residence in Pahoa.

Miller also faces two civil protection orders involving a 12-year-old in Massachusetts and another for an 18-year-old activist in North Dakota.
The Greenfield Massachusetts District Court clerk of courts confirmed an active harassment prevention order is tied to Miller’s name but declined to provide other information to Coffee or Die.
Despite the mounting scandals, Miller continues to hold down the role of Barry Allen, aka the Flash, in the DC Extended Universe, including turns in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad, and Justice League.
Miller is slated to headline a movie about the speedy superhero, The Flash, when it debuts on June 23, 2023.
