Harley Young is a contributing writer for Coffee or Die. He grew up in New Hampshire and was a competitive wrestler throughout high school. Harley joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 2009 and served 7 years on active duty. Upon leaving the Marines, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Harley is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with the NSCA, Bronze and youth coach with USA Wrestling, and Sports Performance Coach with USA Weightlifting. He is an online fitness, strength, and conditioning coach, as well as a staff sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Harley is married with one son and a little girl on the way; he currently lives in Lima, Peru.
